Caramel Apple Milkshakes3 cups frozen vanilla yogurt ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk ½ cup applesauce 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ cup caramel topping Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 6 glasses - 4 WW points per serving Per serving = 179 calories, 4 gm fat, 4 mg cholesterol, 126 mg sodium, 32 gm carbohydrate, 0 gm fiber, 4 gm protein
